1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using the services of AJV Landscape & Design (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use our services or website.

2. Services Provided:

We provide landscaping, hardscaping, design, maintenance, and related services. All services are subject to availability and provided under written estimates, proposals, or contracts.

3. Estimates and Payments Estimates:

All price estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Deposits: A deposit may be required to schedule services, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Payments: We accept cash, checks, or electronic payments. Late payments may result in additional fees or interest as outlined in your agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

Provide accurate property details and grant us necessary access. Obtain any permits required for landscaping work unless otherwise arranged. Remove or secure personal property in the service area.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of service.

6. Warranties and Limitations:

We guarantee quality workmanship but cannot control factors like weather or pre-existing site conditions. We are not responsible for underground utilities or unforeseen property issues unless disclosed in writing. Plant and material warranties are subject to manufacturer or supplier policies.

7. Liability Disclaimer:

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AJV Landscape & Design is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website (text, images, designs, graphics) is the property of AJV Landscape & Design and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

9. Privacy:

Use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, with disputes resolved in courts located in Ocean County, NJ.
